I voted for Transvision Vamp, 'cos that's clearly the best song.

But I have a small speculation on a steep drop in the first two days of next week which should it materialize might make up for my losses on the ever ascending Dow and USD/JPY this past week.

ehh ? whats going on, am I missing something ,what songs? lol or is that they did sing whats going on ? thats a soul song isnt it? who sang that, Isley Brothers ? or was it Marvin Gaye. I'm losing the plot here.. talking of songs theres one that gets me thinking this is the market...... its Sacha, Xpanda, or is it the other way round. I can see those price bars forming that when babies thumpin out. Ding Dong. energy of the market.

anyways maybe that JPY has blown out enough stops to slide back a bit. , scotty beam me up.... 3 to come aboard I think. Its all going Pete Tong.

Hurricane
Stay the Same

P.S. You don't normally get news at this time of the morning (and I really shouldn't be up lol), but North Korea's nuclear test in the last hour or so might be causing a bit of a hurricane in Japan (politically I mean of course). I wonder if the yen will be going higher still.

looks like Chocolate's been busy on youtube

looking for a position soon on Cable just small until I get my short entry later today

eye-balling the charts, the best pull-back entries seem to be midnight-2am during the asian sessions!!

In down-trends, the market seems to peak the day at ChowClown o'clock ( thats 4pm ), then retrace until around 12-midnight and 2-am, before continuing on.

In uptrends, the day peaks at CC o'clock (again) pull-back seems to be optimal around midnight.

discuss. :)

EDIT: too many "agains"

...first short of the day a loser, now re-armed 658. Long stop 708.

Oh you're unlucky there. I'm at 657 for the short and just missed being triggered.

It looks like a 3.55 finish is better than 4pm. It added up to another 100 pips over the past 9 months.

...yeah, using Oanda's pipettes and was in at 657.8 to be exact.

Interesting results on the 3:55 testing, thanks.

trading dictionary;
eek = 5 mins

optimum exit point = eek mins before cc o'clock. :LOL: :LOL:

(am going to see if midnight to 4pm is longest run of the day. its the switch from trend-long to trend-short that will be the clincher. )

closed long @82 a bit slow for me, have alert set at 772, back when we get there

very interesting observation trendie - I've been looking for a nice trade set up on cable now I'm back in the "land of the long white cloud" - GMT +12 hours! Obviously wasn't looking hard enough. :LOL:
To be honest I'm trying to trade the UK "day" session but failing miserably due to family affairs. :rolleyes:
Thanks for the tip!
