IG have just cut ftse spread to 4points +2 for controlled risk,they're still b#st#rds,but it's more competition

With the cash at 4125, I have fair value at 4175
but futures are at 4118

oh dear ?

Possibly. Went short this am @ 4146- just closed @ 4125.
If it breaks- I have the next support level @ 4099.333.

Will be looking to go long some time this week . IMHO

Bonsai - I assume you will have looked at Indexking`s thread on indices "arbitrage" - any thoughts?

I have been trading ftse for about 12 years and
if I say so myself, fairly successfully and I have an equity line
that keeps me very happy doing what I do.

In that time all sorts of 'clever' systems have come and gone
and the worst were the 'black boxes'. Mainly, I think,
because people don't really understand what it is they are trading.
In my opinion, its horses for courses, but the pairs game is very dangerous.
