SC matey don't bother waiting for Friday, just scratch those 4 points in for me now, thanks

Should have stuck with my 2800 call from last week.

I think 60 point drop reasonable. Brace your selves. :p

I think it's more the ramp up with war on Iran that's rocked the market.

More tough love from uncle Sam on the way soon enough.

Strap your self in. (n)

A rollercoaster downwards of a week, at first it looked like the doom mongers were going to lose, then the end of the world was nigh, we were about to lose our marbles, but eventually it turned into just a bumpy controlled ride down to a respectable level for the bears wishes to be granted. Still, a range of over 100 points is unusual in today's markets. @Pat494 takes the top spot with @Oscar Reed & @counter_violent riding shotgun, congratulations.

The S&P is becoming unusually volatile.
A major factor will be the Chinese reaction to Trump's tariff's hike on Friday.
It won't be nice for the US or China but it may well suit the others as the 2
giants get locked in battle with Trump pulling the strings. A smidgeon of agreement could send it soaring towards 3000.
