Not hardly! They are expanding at breakneck speed because they have passed the dubious zone. The US cannot touch her now - its already too late. While the US slept, China built the islands - there is no reversing now.
Don't you see that since year 2000 we are in the long, slow, slowing down of a heavy locomotive of such great weight (the USA) that to bring it to a halt might take 50 years? As it slows down, China speeds up to fill the void. We are witnessing the change of Empires LIVE. Imagine how lucky we are even if we all get smoked!! 😗😗
And dig this! The new Empire thoroughly lacks what America had in spades although most of it is almost all gone now, only a trickle left - that be BENEVOLENCE. Learning from the biggest mistakes of the recent past? I think not. We had the sexed-up Iraqi war dossier promoted by B-liar and Bush that has led to a complete new world order, decades, if not centuries, of conflict, millions and millions of deaths.
Now we have a sexed-up dossier for the Douma chemical weapons attacks to justify bombing, OPCW reports found to be falsified (suspicions were raised earlier in this thread), and we now have US B52 bombers moved to Crete, with B52/Russian fighter challenges on the Syrian borders, it's kicking off again.

Einstein's definition of insanity was to do the same useless things over and over again and learning nothing from it.
US foreign policy since the 1970s is a good example. Having spent trillions of dollars and killed thousands of people and gained nothing they are still bogged down in The Middle East. It may have been the cradle of civilization but hasn't progressed much in 5.000 years.

In any conflict that lingers, that seems to have no resolution, there is a THIRD PARTY in the background actively promoting the quarrel, unbeknownst to either party. The conflict can go on forever, the damage can be great. the great beauty is that when the THIRD PARTY is discovered = found out, the entire conflict as-ises = goes up in smoke and the ones in conflict become friends, hate turns to Love.
The Fibo has seen this Law in operation in life soooooooo many times. Astonishing to see 2 haters become bosum buddies after resolution, from killing each other to willing to die for one another, a bond so strong it can never be broken again.
Applies to conflicts between individuals, groups, organizations, Nations. Very valuable tool that works wonders in any Sales Organization.

easy to think that the instigator aka THIRD PARTY is Israel. But it is wrong because this has been suggested by some and it never resolves the issue.

One thing binds these together..........no internet. Even the 2008/09 crash was only just into the internet age. China had its day, but their internet is as restrictive as Iran, the new weapon of war.
