Brexit and the Consequences

No, no, no, you are reading English, not remainerish, take off your blinkered world view and try re-reading the report again until you understand what it is telling you.

For your clarity, I shall summarise, it's not very complicated - lots of people are unhappy with the EU and want their borders back, the current EU leadership take a position where they think that the world would collapse without them, the new incoming EU leadership recognises there is a problem and must try harder not to make so many of its citizens unhappy.

Nothing more, nothing less, you must stop trying to interpret English to fit whatever the 'people's vote' narrative is.

And if you want full marks, try not to mix-up relevant and prevalent next time. Simple basic English comprehension is all that's needed, remainer school is over, get back into the real world. :cheesy:

Thank you for that lesson matey but I do know the difference between relevant and prevalent and it is specifically chosen to reflect back on your constant campaign slogans take back control tosh.

To take back control, implies we have no control. If the EU was prevalent throughout the Block controlling all we did then the point about taking back control may have some validity. You still have not grasped a simple point. Hope that's clearer for you.

Moreover, it is not a report. It is a poll with our daily trash drawing their own or rather feeding you 'their' inferences.

EU can't even control themselves.

Look at this dangerous lunatic ranting at Tusk.

I can see you’ve found difficulty reading the article when you can’t even get the right paper [emoji849]

imagine if this spirals out of control, never mind the price of oil, the EU will be left with little choice but to start imposing stricter border controls to prevent a rush of Jihadi's, otherwise we will all be in the doggy doo.

Saudi wields such power over the Western world, explains why we are on such a downward slope.

We're probably all in the doggy doo whether or not. I can see the mother of all wars brewing. Has been for some time.

LOL - all road leads to demise of EU. What ever you like?:LOL::LOL:

Why would Jihadi's be heading over here now then, to buy cheap alcohol after EU retaliates by raising prices to Saudis. :whistling

Priceless

An immigration enforcement hotline was called 68 times by MPs or their staff last year, it has been revealed.

Charities have now written to Commons Speaker John Bercow asking MPs to pledge not to inform on constituents, arguing people should not have to fear being reported on by their MPs.

:LOL::LOL::LOL:

So what's the point of the hotline if not to grass up illegals and why should MP's be allowed an exemption.

Just can't make this stuff up.

Here's a list of signatories who pledge not to grass on the illegals. Pretty much all Labour and SNP, oh and all the LibDems. (no surprise there then)

Why did they head over here in the first place?

C’mon mxn, lose the socialist part of your thinking and wake up.

On seconds thoughts no don’t, this place would only become an echo chamber.

As you were. [emoji23]

This is just another day-to-day tactic of the left wing and BBC, the motivation is to slow the process of government down to make the Tories look bad, except that we all suffer as a result. They do it across all of our institutions, NHS, schools, local councils etc. Watch it ramp up in hysteria when we get closer to a general election, the unions will go into overdrive.

Not sure how it can be labelled as a 'breach of trust' when we are talking about criminals. It is criminals that gain at the expense of ordinary tax payers.

Why people give to these charities and pay their license fee is beyond me. Oh maybe it's because some of these charities are funded by the tax payer and of course the mandatory BBC license fee, what a scam all round.

Hardly a charity is it, political organisation through and through.

Abuse of charity status is commonplace cos it's such a grey area. But lots of monetary and tax advantages, not to mention adding faux credibility.

There are few charities that aren't political, RNLI, helicopter rescue, mountain rescue, those types of charities receive no government funding and I have no trouble supporting them and I would hope that they are not abusing their charity status, they have little reason to.

Any charity or NGO that receives tax payer funding in some form only receives funding because the government finds them useful in some way, they get no more of my cash than the amount that is already extracted from me through my taxes.

I wasn't 100% clear in my previous post as I was referring to the charities that have written to the house of commons as they are all politically motivated. The BBC is just a government controlled pseudo-corporate propaganda machine (aren't all MSM)!!

Sure I know :)

I was just educating the mass readership of the thread as to how all this works in the real world. I mean, some of them might have thought it was a real charity

Talking of educating the masses and on the subject of government funded NGO's, I just heard Bellingcat* being compared to Wikileaks as the UKGov funded version of Wikileaks.

Given that the real Wikileaks has a 100% record of every release being verified as accurate for the last decade, I wonder what Bellingcat's record is already :LOL:

* Bellingcat is the NGO that 'revealed' the 'true' identity of the GRU Novichok attackers when UK intelligence had been unable to, work that one out!
