Just wanted to drop a note here to say that we do have our engineers focussed on resolving these MC charting problems and hopefully we'll get a handle on them very soon. We appreciate your patience.

Also, we are putting more resources to help out on eSignal Central and that's where we ask our support personnel to monitor. While we do check other community forums, like this one, we only tend to check once a day or every other day.
