i realise this isn't an equities thread, but i'm looking at Sterling Energy (SEY) at the mo, its sitting on a 50% retracement (+ recent price support) @ 2.9p from a recent up move.

company might be in a bit of hotwater though, as it's looking to sell off assets or even the company as a whole (it's in talks now).

gimme a shout if anyone is watching them.

Lets see Lapa. As it is I traded it via a set order so my position got opened at 8800. 40 SL.

Not much volatility around as per se, simply a tight trading range which is why I think Support/Resistacne will play out as expected. Thats the plan anyways.

:)
Stopped out. Next long attempt will be at 8600.

:)

FTSE 665 next poss supp area?

Nice break in-retest on Eur£.

£$ Holding up quite well at mo.

£Y and FTSE still running pretty much together.

nice price action around the Dark cloud pattern on £$ & £Y.

Yes Manya, there was no reversal price action for me, it just kept on botoming with some sidewards gig. I can't tell you how much strife and money I've saved simply by waiting for a confirmation of a reversal and having a method to assess it, rather than opening a position at a res level on an expectation. Might get me in later to a trade, but for me its working out to be a lot safer and a big saver.

CAD getting battered generally it looks like, maybe the 11k shortfall in housing starts or run up to tomorrow?- working out nicely on my eurcad, anywho, up +166 pips :)

Just put the orde on and had a power crash. Looks like FTSE has crashed too :)
If my cycle analysis is right this is the start of a down move for at least a week.
Holdong on. Stop at 4730. Will trail stop in next few days
