Original thread Top call was Jan 26, 2018. Then Dow Jones made ZERO net progress for 2 years during which time my Top Call was strong, strong strong despite a marginal take out.
Then, after the March 23rd Corona crash low the Dow rose and rose and rose and proved me WRONG by generating a higher Top of substance, not marginal or hocus-pocus, no, a real higher top! Nice job by Mr. Jones! Threw Fibo for a loop!
Despite being wrong, Fibo has tried again. so we will see now if I got it right this time. SPX has made a marginal higher but not the others. In any event the marginal nature is miniscule and can be forgiven as in margin of error
