checking legitimacy of an IPO/reverse merger

OK people. The lesson for today is: everyone goes into something like this with hope and optimism. But there are NO GUARANTEES in investing. IPOs don't take 6 months. There are no time frames. Some take longer than others. Yes this is taking a long time. And of course it looks fishy. But its not over til its over. And its not over. You people don't have your facts straight. You are just rehashing OLD news and lies. This is anonymous for a reason and should stay that way. For now. If and when something good happens, we'll see what you have to say. We all have to take responsibility for our actions. Now, I'm going on with my life. I suggest you all do the same.

Your money has been stolen, get a grip.

Blobbie, sorry you seem to listen to TRUTH but not me! Interesting. We'll see when the dust settles. Bye bye for now.............

Truth presented facts in their post; facts that could be accessed, confirmed and verified. I posted a link that shows Loto World's registration as a domestic corporation in Nevada, was revoked because they didn't pay the estimated $650 in filing fees.

You've shown us nothing. You've fought to deflect us from the facts that others are posting. You've berated us for posting anonymous comments, yet you clearly are light years away from divulging your name on this thread.

You have portrayed yourself as merely an investor, but one that seems to know more than us. What facts have you presented, other than pushback to all the facts that have been presented on this comment thread? How much do you know, Reality? Who are YOU? You clearly stated in one of your previous posts, and I quote, "With all your facts, you neglected to state that in thousands of pages of despositions, financial records, etc., there was NO FRAUD!!!". Do you really have access to depositions and financial records? If so, who are you really? If not, then you were just talking outta your ass?

And, if they aren't registered any longer in Nevada, where are they registered? This information should be able to be accessed somewhere. Can you give us some facts, Reality? A website? Anything?

No YOU get a grip! We GAVE it away! Willingly! Hoping for a freaking miracle! It hasn't happened. Maybe never will. That's life in the big city. No one stole it! What part of this do you not understand?! I've tried to educate you people, but to no avail! We're all in the same boat. I'm on your side but you just don't get it.

I'm having fun watching you people scramble around with your half-truths and BS. Who I am is irrelevant. Where I get my information is none of your business. Its not that tough to access really. I've tried to help you people without divulging too much but you're apparently not smart enough to follow my lead. And why should I help you with what I know? I believe you are trying to sabatoge the company with your negativity. That's not my style. I'm into success not revenge. I'm trying to tell you its not over. You can believe me or not. I don't really care. I find you all entertaining actually and a little desperate and sad.

It's only money after all!!!!

C'mon, Reality, tell us how you have access to legal depositions and Loto World's financial records.

Tell us where Loto World is actually registered? C'mon. A website? Tell us what state they're registered in, and we can probably take it from there.

Actually, I think we've all spoken rather rationally on this comment thread, while your posts have been rambling and yes, desperate, rants, with no real solid information to back up your rants.

Who you are, and what you know, IS relevent, because you entered into this comment thread implying that you know more than the rest of us, but offering zero information or FACTS as the rest of us have.

Yes and some of you have passed on lies and half-truths and acted like a lynch mob saying terrible things. Not my style. If you had behaved differently, I'd be more willing to share, but when I've tried to steer you in the right directions, you have resisted and insulted me so I've responded in kind. Now I have no interest in helping you people at all. Who I am and what I know may be entirely relevant, but you've already blown that. You're on your own. I will monitor you and comment when I feel like it. All will be revealed in due time..........I'm going to work to make back the money I probably lost. I suggest you all do the same. Put our energy into more constructive things. Good luck

Hahaha, what a load of crap, Reality.

How have you steered us in the right direction?

How have WE insulted YOU?

And you say you're an investor, seemingly in the same boat as the rest of us, yet your attitude is, screw us? We're on our own?

Well, I'll tell ya, Reality, you ARE right about one thing; all will be revealed in due time.......when the State of Florida Department of Financial Regulation contacts the State of Florida Attorney General's office (who also know about this case) to arrest, prosecute and jail, the psychologist, the Castaldo's, and whoever else was involved in the operation of Loto World Inc.

I am absolutely not full of crap. I don't want to help you destroy lotoworld because I believe it still might work out! I would think you should want it to work out too! But if it doesn't, oh well. Lesson learned. Putting people in jail won't help that happen. It is still a registered company. Believe it or not, it's not dead. The Castaldos - yes - directly involved. The "psychologist" - just an investor, not involved in the operation of the company. It's not illegal or unethical to tell people about an investment opportunity. It's up to the investor to do it or not. There are many other people who have been directly involved over the years. I've told you this previously, but you all focus on the "psychologist" who had nothing to do with this and Lois, who John left with a mess to deal with. Look into the right people. Stop looking for any scapegoat you can find. I'm trying to steer you in the right direction. Check it out before you say I'm full of crap because you're wrong. I'm not giving you a list of people - that's libel, which you people don't seem to mind committing. Well I do mind. So you are so good at research - check it out.

Lol.

Umm, actually, Reality, you've been the one focusing on the psychologist. The very few times he's been mentioned on this comment thread, you have charged on here like gangbusters with your ramblings.

And, as you inadvertently mentioned in a previous post, and was pointed out later by "Truth", the psychologist WAS once a member of the Board of Directors of Loto World. So, maybe he's not directly involved now, but he was in the very beginning.

And you don't think it's unethical for a mental health specialist, a psychologist, to try to get, or offer, their patients a chance to invest in ANY type of investment vehicle? Really? Don't they have enough problems to try to work through, without their psychologist trying to get them to invest in some money-making scheme?

And putting people in jail, those who are found to have committed fraud, and scammed millions from hardworking people, will absolutely help in the closure of this fiasco.

Give it up, Reality. You're fighting a losing battle. A number of us have presented hardcore facts, information, websites, as to the distinct possibility, probability, that Loto World Inc. was a scam. You have offered us zero information.

C'mon, Reality, at least tell us where Loto World Inc. is now registered. Just tell us the state. You say you know this, right? What harm would there be to just tell us what state their now registered in? I thought you were the voice of reason; don't you want to put our minds at ease, and just prove to us that Loto World is still a registered company?

Oh, and Reality, how DID you come across all the legal depostions and financial records, to show that Loto World Inc. isn't a scam?

I have to say, Reality, I actually feel worse for you, than us. If you really are an investor in Loto World Inc., then you are suffering from the worst case of denial I've ever seen.

Come back to reality, Reality.

That's it. I tried. I'm done with you morons. I know more than you ever will. I feel sorry for you people who won't accept REALITY!!!!

Figure it out yourself. Done with you "Blobbie". Have fun. Good luck. Hope you get your money back. That would mean I'd get mine too!!!!

Yeah, you do need to go away, Reality.

You say you know more about this than we ever will. That's a very telling statement, considering you've always called yourself "just an investor". You've "told" us a ton of things, yet haven't proven any of what you've told us, as some of the other posters have. You've basically just blathered on, in defense of the psychologist and Loto World, without offering us a shread of hard proof.

I feel bad for you, Reality. Because if you are related to, or close friends with, either the psychologist or the Castaldo's, you will probably be more affected by this than the rest of us, especially if anyone is arrested, prosecuted, or jailed.

Nice try "Blobbie". Just an investor who doesn't like the "scapegoat" mentality. Anyone with an IQ would have gotten my message. Don't feel badly for me. I have a great life and am not bitter like you people! And talk about blathering OMG! Just shut it and move on already!

Hahaha. Ouch. Looks like my last comment hit close to home.

Don't flatter yourself! Just bored with you. Why don't you get a job. Maybe you're on disability.......

I can't believe that some people haven't realised that this was one big scam and therefore their money has been stolen. Same old story -

1. Naive people get called by a broker they've never heard of to invest in a 'hot' company that will soon make them a packet

2. Money is sent, usually to an offshore location

3. Promises are made, hold on, the big money is coming

4. Nothing ever happens

5. Investors get worried and start looking into matters but they rely on the word 'hope'

6. They suspect something might be up but because of the money they've lost fail to fully comprehend what has happened, ie the cash is clouding their judgement

7. They never let go which means the original scammers have a shot at taking them for more money 'the company has reorganised itself, but needs just a touch more capital to help pay for the IPO, then the shares will be worth a tonne'

8. So they invest thinking they'll get back everything and more, but of course the whole cycle starts again

9. Now this is important - Because you fell for the scam the last time, and because you clearly don't know what you're doing in the stockmarket, the original scammers know there's an excellent chance of stuffing you up again with some other 'easy money idea' so beware, you'll be called again and again over the years but ALL OF THE CALLS WITH NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE FROM SCAMMERS AND THIEVES, although of course like all good conmen they'll be charming to talk with

Now, please don't attack me, I'm being cruel to be kind here to try to drum into some people what a bad bad world it is out there. You must either learn to be very cynical or be able to properly research who you're doing business with and what you're actually buying. Failure to do either will mean your money is at REAL RISK of being stolen or even legally scammed by a legit financial firm.

If in doubt ask questions on this board. Yes, some might be hard on you (but it's only a faceless internet board) but they're only trying to help you keep your cash. Contrast this with how the scammers operate, ie are charming and nice, yet steal your money..........

First rule of investing: there are NO guarantees

Second rule of investing: don't invest more money than you can afford to comfortably lose

Third rule of investing: no one STOLE your money. You willingly GAVE it. It was YOUR decision.

Lots of new investment opportunities sound fishy. This sounded fishy. But we took a chance. I'm not bitter. If it's gone it's gone. I, unlike the people here, don't believe it started out as a scam. I think there were very good intentions of making this work. Sometimes outside forces screw things up. Sometimes unforeseen things happen. I've lost in the stockmarket with huge reputable companies. This was just a lark. It was for fun, really. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst! It's only money. Not the end of the world.
