Sadly the only thing I caught tonight was a bit of a tongue lashing from the g/f after phoning her on my return from the pub...

Lesson No. 7698 : never ring your g/f with what you think is a funny story, when you are back feeling a bit cheerful from the pub, and she is stuck on a bus with a load of journalists in Manhattan...
