nas and S&P futures beginning to trend up, but I don't trust it on lunch time volumes - afternoon rally certainly possible as you imply, but Friday ones can reverse suddenly after day on day rallies as people go flat

Yes i'm going to see what they do after lunch.the only thing that puts me off is that its the end of the week.but we'll see.

many times i see a run up, consolidation and then another strong run up again.If it comes i'm crtainly not going to miss it.

no longer confident of direction - looks 50/50 - probably not giving it enough wiggle room - but there is support at 1102 so time to take some money off the table
