Right after I filmed the recap AYRO came out with the offering. This is ALWAYS what we are discussing as high risk with these small caps. Especially after a multi-day run. This kind of news usually comes out Pre-Market or after 10:30 AM that's why I'm always extra cautious trading at those times.

One thing that is impressive is how well AYRO has held it's highs in past offerings. Usually, the drops are much worse. Is that a bullish sign for a still swing opportunity? Idk what do you think?
