Hi I have been approached by this company who say they want to buy my animal inc shares at a price too good to be true. They tell me I have to pay a transfer agent to lift a S/144 restriction sounds like a scam does any one know if it is.

Its a scam, its the usual part two of any boiler room scam. The intention is to get your advance fee and then disappear with it. This sort of thing happens all the time and every case I have ever heard of ends up with people losing their money.

Can you give us more details, I cant find them on google with the information you provided.

Chrisman,

Its the same old story, website was created in July 2010, registration details are hidden from view, photographs on their website are just downloaded from a free site.

Remember you will be getting plenty of other calls about these shares, these guys know you fell for it once and they will try to get as much money out of you as they can.

Thanks for the info least it lets everyone else know I can rest easy now. I don't even know if I have shares in Animal inc that looks like a bogus site too. www.animalincorporated.com. I wont be talking to silverstonema any more.

Hi, Firstly can I thank you for the time and effort you have spent on my behalf I am really grateful.

The warring on the website has been there for two years that I know of from the last time I was approached. It doesn't seem to get up dated. I bought shares in a company years ago and they were taken over and the name changed and I was never told what too. I just gave up and put it down to experience. Then two years ago I started getting phone calls saying I was listed as having shares in this company but I sent them a e-mail and had no reply. Gave up again. Then Silver stone ma contacted me the funny thing was when I spoke to Silver stone ma I told them I had moved address but they said it doesn't matter but I would have thought that was important. I would just like to know if I do have any shares or not for sure.

If it helps this is a copy of the e-mail

As per your conversation with John Cutter, our client is willing to
purchase your 7,500 shares of Animal Inc. at $12.75 per share once
they are verified through a certified transfer agent. Once the
salability report is produced, a representative will call you back
shortly and let you know the next step in the process of selling your
shares.

Kind Regards

They also told me it was 2500 shares but for some reason it had been tripled I suppose so they could get more money out of me.

Hi, I have also been approached by a company to buy my shares in Animal Inc. they also say I have to pay a transfer agent to lift a restriction currently on my shares. Is this another Scam? The firm arranging this supposed sale is Meister Ventures, would appreciate any feed back . Thanking you, Ron.

Hi Ron, looks like you need to start digging. Trust no one who cold calls you. If you have a physical brokers office where you live, go see them for advice.

Scammers like to sound credible, don't be fooled into thinking you are dealing with a reputable sounding outfit.

There are clues in the above link. Look how they spell Strategy

To sound credible they probably borrowed the Meister name, link below.

Do not part with any money to anyone until you have done full due diligence.

Finally, look how many web pages use this image.
