one/two - are you running the latest version of Sierra? It's version 35 - you can tell the version you have by looking at the number in the top left of your window.

I am running the latest version (35)
I take it you are getting access to tick charts.
will an E-MAIL to sierra solve the problem?

Have you tried looking at the support group boards, accessed via the sierra website? They're usually the best place to know what's happening.

Sierra can't do proper tick charts because it stores its data in 1 min blocks. You can do 'sort of tick charts' if the number of ticks required for one bar take more than a minute to accumulate!
Apparently it is planned to change the storage format to 30 second chucks to improve the granularity of such charts, but they still wont be 100% accurate as you would find with something like eSignal.

Does any know if you can get SC to connect two futures contract so that they are back to back from the expired month to the latest month so that i can continue my analysis?
