IB>Sierra>Mini dow

Im trying to view data via IB > Sierra charts, ive connected to the data feed ok but when I try to open intraday chart to view i get a blank screen, i think im doing the wrong .mnd file, im trying to view the mini dow and ive been entering indu.mnd and getting no chart info, can anyone help or tell me where im going wrong, thanks

Hi

You need to click File>open new intraday chart
then for the Dow cash enter indu-i-nyse.mnd
for the future YM-200503-ECBOT.mnd

there is no backfill with IB so you may have to wait for prices to come through on your charts

Thanks mate that worked, Only problem now is that my indicators aint working, ive got the graphs and prices but ive not got no indicators, even when i try to add an indicator IE the 100 EMA it dosnt show, any ideas

Ok mate im starting to see there appearing over a period of time, frustrating I guess as im used to Mytrack/sierra but o well
