As a uk shares trader , Is there any cheap simple share moves the same like the ftse100 ? so i can trade it istead of the ftse .

I totally agree with your statements, I over traded and got my fingers burnt. I am now down £300 in amtter of a few days ... I have £15 left in account and will follow your strat to se if I can at least break even again. if not then put it down to a bad experience.
