Hobbies & interests outside of trading?

Huge fan of Joe Rogan!
He has a wide array of people on it and most of the time will call people on any bs.
He's got some pretty funny ones too such as Theo Von and Joey Diaz.

One of his best podcasts was with CJ Fletcher! Made me think quite deeply about something that had been eating me.
Also has a MMA podcast too which I love, being a MMA fan myself.

I've heard of that Peterson guy but not tried it out yet but will soon.

Joe Rogan has interviewed Jordan Peterson a few times - defo worth a watch!

What are you doing wasting time posting here then! Get back to work, man.
Lol Jon - I take it that the slave driver - aka my wife - asked you to post this. Dear me, the lengths she'll go to just to keep my nose to the grindstone!

I can't face the next job today - which is to take up tongue 'n groove floorboards in the second bedroom. I want to re-use them, so some care and patience is required.
Tim.

I have a 3 year old daughter, so when im not on here, or working, im a superhero
albeit a very tired superhero!

I'll have a look.
Now that I think of it,I believe he had him on in recent weeks... they had an argument over weed I hear... I'll have a look when I get home from work

Last Spring, my wife and I moved into a 60s bungalow which hasn't had much done to it since it was built and is in dire need of serious renovation. We're doing as much of the work ourselves as we can - so that's me taken care of for the next couple of years!

When the build finishes, I hope to return to making mosaics. Between now and then, I occasionally get out to the fabulous Devon coast for some lure fishing. I'm not very good at it but, as any recreational angler will tell you, there's more to fishing than catching fish. Just as well in my case! Other than that, in line with a number of you here, I'm pretty addicted to YouTube. Categories I watch mostly are music (blues artists Joe Bonamassa and Beth Hart are current favourites), loads of DIY vid's of course, Brexit related stuff and, lastly, some comedy to lighten the mood.
Tim.

I posted photos and started a thread on my project, fancy doing the same? I'm sure readers would be interested, or at least put you straight when going wrong

Who said Australia was warm.

Lately read 3 good books on the JFK assassination, looking at the theory that the third shot was an accidental one form a secret service agent in the escort car. Some quite convincing stuff.

Also 3 titles on the Turtle Traders. How the group ran and developed was much more interesting than I had thought. The strategy resonates well with what I'm doing already of course.

I find it very relaxing to watch women's wrestling on U tube. Lots of hair pulling and action. Some are really good lookers too.

:)

I used to watch Bargain Hunt. It is interesting but most of the bargains offered are junk and I would pay to take them to the skip.
Another idea was to get with it on eBay and make money but I never did find a good source etc. so that didn't get far.

exercise.......and scoring brownies by shopping with wife.........but generally I have my headspace mostly in trading and ideas and also talking to other traders

must admit i can sometimes get lost in some of these daytime TV shows........screaming at TV for the team not to by the crappy silver tea pot for £40 .......homes under the hammer is also a killer if you start watching it .....

A friend put in a ludicrously low bid on a luxury riverside home near here and to her surprise got it !
Can happen.

Oh, that's it yeah, just keeps us hanging.:) What price did she pay and where are the photos, map location, etc?

Thinking of getting a drone and getting involved in drone flying. Apparently some people in Sussex are having great fun doing this. You can do it day or night and nobody bothers you.
