Hi everyone,
I am new here and therefore apologise if I am revisiting a topic which has already been covered in the past.
I am looking to find a junior trading role and have seen Hamilton Court discussed in brief but favourable terms in a few places and was hoping to pick your brains a little.
I have a list of companies which I aim to apply for but out of all of them Hamilton ticks a lot of boxes for me personally.
On their website I cannot see any mention of recruitment, does anybody know if they actively recruit ie. is it worth me sending through my CV and a Covering Letter?
If so, do they insist on payment for training like others? Working/training for free is not so much of an issue but I am really not interested in paying for a course which I have already taken.
Personally, I worked in the west end/city/docklands for three years in private banking and fund management and am educated up to MSc level (with a diploma in technical trading analysis).
However, having worked for a number of international financial institutions I am keen to move away from the factory floor environment and into an environment where I can really embrace self determination not selfless determination (if that makes sense).
Any help that you guys may be able to offer, as well as any alternative suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You & Best Regards
G
