Error messages when trying to send PM

For the last 48hrs I have been unable to use the PM facility.

Today When I tried to send a PM I got an error message saying:-


The following errors occurred with your submission:

1) The answer given for the random question was incorrect.



Yesterday when I tried to send a PM I got:-

The following errors occurred with your submission:

1) There is no image for the text string specified.



The PM I am trying to send is very short and contains only text including one smilie []


What am I doing wrong ?

I've never had any probs like this in the past

there's a security feature been put in to put off those automated spammers who've been giving trouble.

under the text box you'll see a "random question" to answer or a word image to identify. you have to go through that hoop now before you can send.

I cant BELIEVE you didn't spot the security feature
