Firstly a fantastic website by far one of the best ive come across.

Secondly, when posting messages or sending a pm i seem to keep getting the message attached.

The message or posts gets sent but as you can see from the message it tells me ive got to wait before posting, as i dont post that often its a puzzle as to why it tells me this in the first place

Paul, I have not been able to send out emails for a week . I keep getting:

ERROR MESSAGE: YOU MUST ENTER AT LEAST ONE VALID EMAIL ADDRESS

LuvckyLuke tells me he too can't send.
I can recieve incoming messages. I have tried sending to various valid addresses but no joy.
