Anyone scalping the FTSE Futures??

Good morning to Dommo, enemybury, Hobster, JeanM, Sidekicker, StevLong

Morning!

Gold is basically a chart of the Dollar index or a zero coupon long bond

Inverse to dollar you mean? Not quite a 100% link as in recent times, it's been linked to a safe haven against euro but now money flowing into USD and gold going down as it's a proper risk off event.

the best article on gold explaining its movements was by Larry summers and co author, he called it "gibson's paradox" gold is a function of nominal interest rates. dollar interest rates are below inflation therefore dollars are being depreciated hence gold price measured in dollars continues to rise.

ok....sorry did not understand clearly the relevance to the discussion.

FTSE down 61 yet SPY implies that FTSE should be 40pts above here. SPY not confirming FTSE weakness

Pidcock has done about 600+ cases against the banks. no bank contract is enforcible in the courts unless it is bonded with the company seal or has been signed by ALL the directors.

HSBA/BP/VOD/RDSA/BLT/RIO all smashed this is becoming a daily occurrence and takes the "surprise" element out of trading.

SD, are you sure about this?

There are execution rules for agreements and documents required by law to be executed by deed, but this does not apply to contracts generally.

If some special rule exists for the banks, I'd be interested to know what it is.

I am going by what I have heard David Musa Pidcock say, he has done more than 600 cases against the banks. A case in 1828 established the precedent. also Council tax is not enforcible by the courts either,
