does lloyds gap up this morning mean it's unlikely to drop below 62p for a while?

RE: Lloyds: I suppose it depends if it fills the gap or not, up 4% so far, still down 3% over two days. The banks are like a casino lately, do you think TARP repayments will have a positive/negative affect on the sector over the coming weeks?

Hi all im new to all this so looking to learn as much as poss! any1 got any thoughts on where the ftse is going today? seems to be strugaling around 4420 and at trhe mo i am long with target of 4440 any ideas ? stop is at 4400

Careful shorting the FTSE at 13s, thats were the 9p MA on the Ichimoku clouds is sitting on a daily chart, the candles haev been using it for support over the past 2 weeks; if it goes below 4392, it'll have broken the daily trend line so that could be a nice short

another 10 pts gone, soon as i got one bad call i started firing off positions like i'm playing Defender or something...

i'm down -12 pts in total today

ALEX: Could go either way, on the short side, Tucker (bank of england) just came out saying that medium term outlook is very uncertain, and N.Korea have announced today that they're going to use nukes (AP). (+technically divergence on the equities)
On the long side, Yesterday rejected the downward move, can't beat the price action!

can't believe i went long, i was staring at RSI osc div and ignored it.
