hi new trader nice to see your making points.
imo your profit of .5 is misleading to yourself . as com will take up approx .25 of that.

Hi dcarrigan,

I understand what you are saying but want to develop my confidence through genuine trading experience. I will hold trades longer when I become more proficient. However, commission isn't 0.25 points. I trade through a direct access broker and they charge $5.80 R/T. So I make $19.20 out of 0.5 points. Nothing to get excited about it is only 1 contract. If I traded 2000 contracts...imagine...

My direction sensing is improving but I am entering too early. If only I could enter where my stops are....
