which market is most volatile?

hi, i wondered which market is most volatile? i need the market that can trade both up and down, and have small timeframe chart for scalping.

- Spot FX?

- Indices?

- CFD?

- Equities?

- spread betting?

- Derivatives? futures? option? warrants?

hi, thx for suggestion. i'll check it out. actually i know usd/zar is the most volatile, am i correct? but the spreads is too high ..

NOK is average 50 and ZAR 150 I think, you could always try hedging them though in the same account, works wonders... ask GJ, he knows more!
