A fun off-topic poll to find out what car you drive.

Also has to be the longest poll we've ever had by far!

used to drive a 1986 girly pale-blue ford fiesta called Ethel.

since i wrote her off, i havent been able to love another like i did her

besides, living in london doesnt really require a car!

1942 Willys Jeep still going strong. Keep 'em rollin'.
Not my main 'car' it has to be said :)

Remember D-Day 60th anniversary this year.

Honda Civic Type-R. Probably neither the badge of choice for status-conscious social climbers, nor the, er, radical retro recycled concept that a fashion victim craves and not at all dull to drive. Suits me just fine! The handling and performance are superb for the money, the VTEC engine a savage beauty, the gearbox a revelation....etc. but it's also cheap to run and practical, a well-balanced unpretentious Jekyll and Hyde. Shame about the hideous red seats though - what were they thinking? Most owners are not 17 year old readers of Max Power after all!

I'm hoping to take it round the Nordschliefe in the Summer...scary

I change my car about as often as I change my socks.

I drive an old Volvo 940 at the moment, but previously I drove a Volkswagon Sharon, Lexus IS200, Toyota Townace, Renault Megane, Subaru Legacy <- With twin turbos, cost too much in speeding fines though.

My first car was a mini until a transit van hit it, was never the same so I was forced to sell for 20% more than I paid for it.

I drive a Vauxhall Astra, solid family car.. However i am waiting
to make 25K+ in a single month as a trader, then i will upgrade
to a more prestigous motor.. Ive yet to make more than 10K in
one month so im not quite there yet. Hopfully the laws of
compounding returns will mean that i wont have to wait too long.

BMW Touring,
I just buy one car from new every 7 to 10 years ,and I try to buy the best that I can afford at the time. Traders motto "buy strength ,sell weakness".
Cheers

Last year I set about trying to buy a Passat or an Audi and ended up with a rover. Fickle or what? Still even though I don't shout "IT'S A ROVER" through a loudhailer I'm very impressed with this car.

I've had everything from Ferrari and Porsche to BMW and its currently an Audi - some company cars, some owned, but one theme was common from the word go. Fun!!

Frugi - Type R - nice one. Mate of mine has just bought one and he says it rocks! Still, I had a run in a 575 Maranello F1 today, and that totally kicked butt :cheesy:

Renault clio all the way! Well it usually breaks down half of the way! :(
Next up will prob be a civic, unless i make like 1000 trades tmro which all make me 100 points profit in which case i will buy a ferrari.

We'll see.... ;)

hi guys, got myself my second e class merc a totally boring car with no thrills but built well and gives a good ride, nice all round solid car, cant beat them, and just had the pleasure of driving a friends Ferrari 360 f1 he gave me the keys and what an hour of fun that was, and yes i want 1,

Regards mark

I'm just wondering about replacing my Discovery. !00,000 miles and the gearbox and clutch are about done.
Why do I need an AWD Disco in London?
How else do you cope with all those humps without slowing down? :cheesy:
