I hope this is the right place to ask this question. I've recently started using IB after moving from another broker. This morning I downloaded the TWS onto another computer and attempted to connect to my account. I filled in the user name and password, then pressed login. All it does is flash up a box very quickly (it comes and goes so quickly you can hardly read what it says) saying 'Login in Progress' but does nothing. It just continues like this indefinitley.
I thought maybe it was a problem with that computer so I went back to my main computer and that is now doing the same thing.
Is there a problem with downloading it to two different computers?
Can you log in on a Saturday? (!)
