By just winning more than I'm losing long term I was able to double my account within 3 months period, many people here might use positive risk to reward whilst I'm using only 1:1RR, 8 to 9 trades a month only doing the bare minimum and catching only some small moves, 15 minutes chart screen in the morning and 15 in the evening before going to bed.
