We've now added the option to choose a more readable style on the forums. Simply change the style by choosing the one you want from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page. The choices are:

- Standard Forum Style (As it is now)
- Improved Readability Style (All fonts are a grade larger, and the width of the forum is no longer fixed - it resizes to the size of your browser window)

Please let us know what you make of this new feature.

Whichever style you choose will become your default style, until you choose the other one.

Hi,

I've been using the new layout for some time now, it's great, the wider pages makes it much easier to read.. my only reservation is that the text size looks like it is still the same size as before, and I still cannot tweak it when I go to view -> text size .. apart from that it's a great improvement! It's a huge improvement over reading long posts in a narrow confined space which gave the illusion of very great length and where you had to frequently keep flicking your eyes left to right and back again to read another line. thanks a lot Sharky

Great, glad to get some feedback - wasn't sure whether anyone was actually using the new style.

All the fonts are 1 size bigger - the post font is (slightly bigger), not a great deal but it is bigger. I was hoping to use resizable fonts so that you could adjust it yourself in your browser but it was having an unwanted effect on some of the font sizes. I can increase the font text another notch up if it helps and you'll notice the difference. Would be interested hear whether in general people think it should be increased an extra size.

I think it would be better with a larger font too (having tried improved readability) although I have not had a problem with this in any way - as I use a zoom in function if I have difficulties

I'm using the improved style and find it better but would still like to see a larger font size or the ability to change font size.

Hello again people,

I've just been directed to a browser called Mozilla firefox, which I'm pleased to say is the best I've used for a long time.

With this browser when you change the textsize it overrides whatever is in the .css files! Absolutely wonderful

I can now read T2W without squinting. :cheesy:
