Just got some tickets to attend Rich Dad seminar next Saturday, in Brum.

Does anyone know what its about?
I understand its a novel way to think about investing and how to build assets.

Any prepared to give a synopsis?

A mate of mine was giving those tickets away, works for them occasionally. Focuses on using other people's money to obtain mortgages and bridging loans to avoid any deposit on 2nd, 3rd homes etc and below market value properties, as well as how compounding will turn you into a millionaire.
The sales pitches are the same, they promote various courses (naturally). the trading course I've heard isn't too bad but when I press for his results he never gives anything away..
Worth it..no. I've always had reasons not to go.
