Oh, thank you very much. I've always wanted to be a "writer". And that's good to know what my humour is like. I will now start watching these related movies, because I will probably like them and feel at home:

And also:

All these movies above are actually among the best movies around. Quality stuff. I guess this genre attracts good intelligent directors and actors. My second favorite movie after taxi driver is Being There. Make sure you also check out this movie (probably a "black comedy"):

Anyway, thanks for the feedback. Yes, my writing is my way to get back at my father. I vent out my frustration, I try to get some readers on my side... basically it's my own safe way of shooting at him with my pen (keyboard). That's all I can do. He's a crazy **** who happens to be successful, so I have to put up with the extra pain of hearing everyone say nice things about him. It would be like being the son of hitler during the 1930s in germany. You'd be hearing all nice things about from everyone surrounding you.

Yeah, sounds right. Either this or I kill him. I don't like feeling like I am the only one who has to make all the efforts. Not only does he not try, but makes efforts to be negative. If I made any efforts I would resent him too much. I already resent him a lot. I can't afford to make any more efforts towards him. From here on it will be only exploitation. I won't feel attached to him, like I've never been, and I will take whatever he's willing to give me, particularly money. One thing that definitely never happened is me feeling sorry for my dad. Never. Even when he was in the hospital. I felt nothing for him. I felt worried for my financial well-being, but not for his health. Too much mistreating has been going on.

I forgot this. When I was in the hospital with a tumour he had the nerve to tell me "consider it like a vacation". That was a few years ago. Can you imagine someone talking like this? How cruel do you have to be to speak like this to your son? Of course when he was his turn at the hospital, no one told him anything like this, but it would have been fair to let him taste his own medecine.

He sounds like and is a real *******, but I must again stress out one important detail in all this: he always paid for my studies. Not any gifts or stuff like that. But for important things, like studying and living and clothing (of course), I could always count on him. I mean - financially he was a reliable father. Not one who gives you any gifts, or fancy clothes, but he always made sure to get the best things for me when it came to important things: work, living, studying. Aside from this, he was a total asshole. It's hard to give you an overall opinion, because if you separate his emotional side, he was fine. On the other hand, he was really mean to me and to everyone around him, emotionally. But then he also made sure nothing bad happened to us - except his unpleasant company. This is basically how he was: he gave you a house, and he threatened to kick you out of it repeatedly. He helped you get a job, and he blamed constantly for it, each time listing all the things he gave you. I would say that overall he was a very sick person. That's for sure. And probably as a consequence I am just as sick as him now.

reminds me of my auntie.
the only person i hate in the world
to name a few things: when my dad was young, his best friend eric, had a sister who was adopted, but didn't know it, my auntie found out from my dad and told everyone in the middle of class , in front of her, that she was adopted.
as if that wasn't bad enough, 3 weeks ago my grandmother , very old , fell and has this alarm which rings family members to get to her, she said 'no, i'm going for a walk, why should i do it' and left it to my uncle (the one not married to her)
as if THAT wasn;t bad... she hates my family for some reason, weirds, 2 weeks ago i was in hospital and my granny lying on her deathbed, she is in a coma and we all go over and say our goodbyesto her; when i was saying mine, she leant over my granny and deliberately spluttered, laughed and mocked what i said, before i left i said 'bye nanny' and as i walked out of the ward she coughed 'DIRTBAG' to my sister, and then says 'BYE BYE !! HAHAH'

sick, twisted woman, i know no person who makes such efforts to be ...evil....

Robert De Niro (started with his name so i know how to spell it further on if need be) is probably one of my all time favourite actors, if not the most.

Goodfellas
Casino

Top films. I'll leave you with some quotes.

"Some f*ckin n!gger just stole my truck", which film?

And...

"Are you busting my f*cking balls", which film?

Love De Niro!

Yeah he's one of the best....Raging Bull, Deer Hunter, Mean Streets, The Mission even the very underrated Midnight Run, which I thought was very funny - that was his golden period..pity he seem to appear in all sorts of ****e now...

Yeah, that seems to be the case with everyone being successful: Pacino, De Niro, Scorsese... they're all doing worse films than they were doing until the early 1980s.

Scoresese still doing some good stuff.....not up to his highest standards at peak, but good all the same - The Departed and Shutter Island which I think was underrated

Be inscrutable. Don't walk away from him down the stairs, or anything like that. Just give him a firm handshake and a polite goodbye. Worked for me. He can be matey with other people if he wants, but from me, just a handshake and a greeting.

Funny how I can talk to you a lot more easily about fathers than about trading. I'm still trying to work out what to say about that other pivot system we're talking about.

By the way, Chartsy, nice auntie! Reminds me of a film poster for a film I never saw, but it was just an old lady looking at you with the tagline "She doesn't know you yet, but she hates you already."

Not sure I agree about the firm handshake and stuff like that. I am not a confrontational person. I'd rather keep a low profile, avoid people and stuff like that. Besides, a handshake to me is like lying: that would be something I do with someone I like. A middle finger would be more appropriate.

Who is the best diector?

Cameron
Spielberg
Kubrick
Carpenter
Scorcese

All top directors, and personally....i wouldn't like to say. John Carpenter does the best without big budget...The Thing, Kurt Russel....top film. Alien, what a first, John Hurt. Jaws, Quint (Robert Shaw) need i say less? The Shinning (Jack Nicholson) creepy stuff.

Who is the best box office boy?
