Mike Baghdady - should I take a course or not?

Attached are screen shots of the claims made about the software. I've also downloaded the video but it's too big to post. The main point is he's claiming it's unique and is not based on traditional indicators. Of course it's utter nonsense. Its a parabolic SAR and Heiken Ashi candles.

Something has just occurred to me. He doesn't use traditional indicators. Perhaps he doesn't use traditional definitions either?

For example, in Baghdadyspeak, "will" might mean "won't".

So when he said "The turtles will be given a hundred thousand each" he actually meant "The turtles won't be given a hundred thousand each", and so on. That would explain a lot.

So he was telling the truth all along, just using different words! And yet people like you have the effrontery to accuse him of dishonesty!

were the other tt name change companies ie MBTT LTD and the soon to be, if not already, defunct MBTWP LIMITED some sort of (legal) avoidance vehicles? as ali baba's post says, they do tend to swap around directors a lot between themselves. with the likes of say MICHAEL DOUGLAS appearing to head up the defunct incarnation.

this point that a company can be struck off, but still continue to exist in another guise or name is bugging the hell out of me now. anyone have an explanation, or an outside link to this phenomenon.

MBTWP Ltd and TMZF Ltd have different company numbers even though it is stated on both of their registration documents that their previous name was Training Traders. I suspect the paper trail is incomplete. The easiest thing to do is check CH webcheck for MBTWP and TMZF and then open two windows side by side and compare the dates of appointments and resignations etc.

The first gazette is like an advance notice of striking off, the minimum period between the gazette and striking off is 3 months, however creditors can object and it can take forever. To date nothing has been struck off and dissolved.

I have put together the information from both sets of records into a timeline. This helps understand what happened when in relation to resignations from one company and appointments to the other. I still think there are errors in the paper trail at CH or perhaps one company has bought the other and somehow records have been merged. Its all quite complex and hard to understand.

3- Training Traders unable to pay its bills
4- Training Traders get renamed to "XYZ"
5- Creditors are fighing "XYZ" in court for unpaid bills

Phase II:
6- B created another company called "Training Traders". so as to keep the trademark alive (clients don't notice that; and webinars are going on as usual)
7- creditors' bills accumulates on regular basis
8- Training Traders unable to pay its bills
9- Training Traders get renamed to "ABC"
10- Creditors are fighing "ABC" in court for unpaid bills

Phase III:
11- B created another company called "Training Traders". so as to keep the trademark alive (clients don't notice that; and webinars are going on as usual)

I think we are right now between step 9 and 10.

Sooner or later; you will see Malcom Steel a director of a company called "Training Traders" again.

This theory at least explains why we are seeing two "Training Traders" companies that co-existed.

In reality they did not overlap.

This is yet again an art creation of BagOfTricksDady. we are beginning to see a pattern in all of his activities.

well thanks for the education guys, my confusions on the matter is resolved.

it would seem that from 2009 you can indeed pick a company name from the dissolved/struck off list. the new company, although named the same, is a total seperate legal entity from the struck off company. so in effect, and as we can see, training traders limited in reality can have a limitless lifespan, rising from the ashes as often as is needed. no matter what they get up to with it. nice one uk government!
