Hi guys and gals,
I thought I would be a good idea (hope over experience?) to set up a monthly social for trader's living and/or working in Greater London and the surrounding Home Counties.
I would like to clarify that I am not intending to interfere with any existing meetings that are already taking place.
My own thoughts of the purpose of the social, would simply be an opportunity for traders wishing to meet up to discuss the markets, share thoughts and ideas or otherwise enjoy a pleasant evening with fellow traders away from staring at a load of bars, candles and squiggles on a chart!
I particularly enjoy going to restaurants. There are numerous *reasonably priced restaurants in Central London such as in Chinatown, St Christophers Place/Thayer St, Drummond St and Charlotte St. I know Jamies' would be good for a big group.
A member has kindly reminded me that Friday's could be very busy and noisy, so rather than choosing a day of the week, could you let me know which of midweek, Friday or Saturday you're unavailable.
Depending on numbers we could even rotate the day of the week.
If anyone knows of any other place to accomodate more than 20, do let me know.
The terms and conditions of the site apply, so no misbehaving!
Thank you
F
