Intraday Trading Journal

Its been ranging since Monday. On D1 chart is approaching decreasing channel, I expect a move to the down side channel and retest of 10800 maybe tomorrow.
 
Having touched 10925 and reversed I'm continuing to let the trade play out.

May be chasing trades on a Friday afternoon but 1456 short USOIL 5272.7

Reversal from the high down through R1 / 5300 / 5275.

I normally trade UKOIL but the US market set up better with resistance on this occasion.
 
Well that escalated quickly. Price I pay for going away from what I normally do, i.e trade UKOIL.

Out -100 at stop.

The worst week of trading I've had since August.

As I've said a couple of times, main issue for me is breaking my own rules. Three key mistakes last week were a XAUUSD trade I shouldn't have done, a EURJPY trade I should have held and a USOIL trade I shouldn't have done. Collectively those three mistakes accounted for around -150pts, which is the difference between a fairly heavy down week and a small profitable week.

Try to to better this week!
 
@petszata @jeffre4 This is a journal of my trades, while I appreciate your interest and comments I'd prefer not to have it cluttered with other people's trade ideas as it could make things a bit confusing. Thanks.
