OK I THINK OI HAVE SORTED ADWARE ISSUE. had to uninstall but had tried various ad blockers first. Ty for suggestions all.

yes have malware bytes but whatever it was cld not shake it off without uninstall. im guessing they are phishing for security data

Some of them are real ****ers to get rid off! They hide in your system and re install themselves.

Download a program called R kill. This terminates any malicious process running on your pc. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/

Uninstall your browsers

Restart your PC in safe mode.

Then run R kill

Then do a full scan with Malwarebites

Then clean and reboot
