Notice we have 3 more Red announcements at 1 30 pm - 2 55 pm and 6 15pm

So reckon need to pace myself today and not bother scalping too much for now - but instead have more breaks etc

EA was a saclp sell at 10 50/51 ie beginning of time window at 4941

Above 33 and 36 more scalp buys for another go over 44 /5 could be on- thats if we dont do a LH

Yes i might go easy for a few hrs - but will try and be around for 1 30 - 2 55 and after 6 pm tonight on Pound news

Hi N

UJ - I know its been nice with a 50 pip move up - so I hope some might have taken

With me being greedy - I went with EJ - as that rise as been approx 100 pips - and was also trading EA and AU

its no excuse though - should have had a NPGT on the UJ - and unfortunately i did not ;-((

All my weaknesses are showing here N - must try harder and focus more - instead of drinking too much tea and having too many bacon sarnies
