Indeed, both non co-operative and co-operative game theoretic models suggest that, as there are so many account holders, but only one $15m looking fora home, your bargaining power is almost limitless. You could hold an online auction to find out who was willing to receive the cash for the smallest cut; but at least solicit a few competitive bids. Otherwise, for me to take your money would feel like fraud.

And buy lots of oil futures. Oil will hit $100. And gold. Gold will hit $1000. I know, it's unbelievable in 1995 but, well, I don't know if I can send charts back to the past but if I can, I will try...

Oh, yeah, and if you're holding any dotcom shares, the bubble will burst in 2002, so when they start falling in price, get rid, but hold on to your Amazon shares.

Personally, I prefer the lottery wins I keep getting - sound so much less dodgy than the Nigerian scams. I did hear of someone posing as a vicar who got £50 out of the bloke in Nigeria - apparently on the basis that he needed the dosh for essential admin etc

But this isn't an investment in property, its an investment in some people I have never heard of who will (you say) invest the money in property for me.

And who says property is the safest investment anyway?

In any case, most of us are already heavily invested in property if we are home-owners. Wouldn't some diversification away from property be safer?

Ah, but then you are looking for 'young entrepreneurs' (when I say 'looking for', perhaps I mean grooming).
