Futex final interview

Well by that stage the contract is a different kettle of fish I'm sure, it's probably more an agreement of RT costs, desk fee etc.

I was offered a place about a year ago. Personally I would only have taken it if; I had nothing else in terms of job offers, had the 25K bit taken out of the contract and had legal advice stating that 4 year lock in was not legally enforceable.

Good move, prop firms have been known to try and enforce these contracts in court.
Also a 4 year lock up sounds very dodgy..

As Arabian said its completely enforceable lol they wouldn’t follow through. But anyway look at it this way its only forcible if you quit yourself, but likelihood is with the percentage of people who fail in trading (especially at arcades) you are more likely to get fired in which case you don’t pay anything. But if you are one of the few that make it big in trading and start raking in the money, then I am sure futex will give you everything you want to keep you trading for them and raking in the money so why would you want to go else where.
I think as a beginner maybe its best to start thinking about how you are going to make it as a trader and beat the odds of failure than what you are going to do if you become a multi millionaire trader and want to move to another arcade.

What they could enforce is preventing you from taking the techniques they have taught you, if proprietary (unlikely), and taking them to another place.

Tell the truth if anyone wants to leave it's in everyone's interest that they're allowed to do so!

Surely aswell if the can only enforce it if you quit, then do something so they have to fire you. I suggest strippers and cocaine over the non farms

Gruezi, keine probleme, "Gesundheit!".
Werk Rosenthal uber alle!

I ve never knew if the popular "Arbeit macht frei", was actually an idea of socialists or just a very cruel and sarcastic invention of Nazis. Any thoughts?

If you want to know the answer read Hoess's autobiography, written while he was on death row.

I'm not being a **** and deliberately withholding it, I just can't remember what the answer is myself!

i dont think any company is that stupid to take you to court !!

can you imagine what is going to happen to their reputation ?

every forum will speak about them and how they take their traders to court !

then who would want to work for them ?

"Work Sets You Free" - NSDAP Slogan.

Any other Klein Baselers will know who ordered the building of Werk Rosenthal and Badischer Banhof, as well as who was made to build them and who allowed it to continue. It was far from setting them free, then again, all the elevators in those buildings were Schlinder's, so perhaps one man did not stand by.

Lest we forget, those who gave, as all good men should, so we could have today.
