FTSE prediction for 2004

With the start of a new year, it's always good (if slightly embarrassing 😱 ) to have a guess at where the FTSE will be come the end of the year.

So here goes, and happy profitable trading for the year ahead 😎

Well, as I'm into T/A, I've consulted the tea-leaves, the bones, the runes, the hobbits...................and even the charts......!

and they all say 5*#@~...

and to make double sure I'm in the right ballpark, I'll flip a coin as well........ 😉

So That's where I've been going wrong!!! I forgot to ask the hobbits 😱

Although, I have to say, I think the hobbits have it wrong this time. I can't see it getting above 5000 😕

Hi All

Well, with 2004 now over lets see how we would have got on.
The closing price of the FTSE was 4814.30 which means 17% got it right.

Unfortunately I can't find out who voted correctly, although I doubt I was one of them 😢
