Not a great day. FOMO shorted Brent early on (several times) Rather then wait for the proper level (24.75). Was also long the dow, but think i may have pulled the trade to early rather then wait for 1st profit target. Not really feeling it today so quiting here.

Positive that I kept overall loss to only 1.5%

Traded like an absolute muppet today.

Risked too much on one trade, no real plan, or research . LAZY!!!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!

Slightly green for the week. Room for improvement. Big error this week was jumping into the oil market. A market i don't fully understand. Will only trades indacies and FX next week.

Traded poorly today. Didnt let morning profits run. Then got caught out by aggressive moves this afternoon. Very indecisive.

Sound risk management though which stoped today being a disaster.

+6% for the week

Tried shorting the dow and dax today. Kept stops tight, didn't really work out. Bit of a nothing day.

No trades today, was looking to long equities, but this tussle between the Germans and the ecb threw the market a bit and I was unable to make sense of it.

Hey, no updates. Drove up to Cheltenham to see to see my parents and ended up staying up there for 4 days so no trading last week. Looked back over the charts today and seems like i missed a lot of action!. Hope you all had a good week.

Pretty grim. Traded what I thought (short bias) Not what I saw (markets going up).

About a 9% down draw ... But this is part of the business. This is where you really get tested.

We battle on!
