The last post I made suggested if 10580 broke that I suggested Bears
may well be in trouble. Seeing the last two days has now seen the
Dow break the 10600 / 10640 level.. The Time signal I had for the
open on Sunday night / Monday did react and I believe was the cause
of this up move as it was the strongest signal I had for the early
part of the week.

Today However I have another signal That I suspect could be stronger
and I would think could come in as a top.

NOW we have broke 10700 we are getting very close to the next main
level that I have in mind.

I am NOW looking at 10777 to 10800.

10777 is a 78.6% retrace of the 11752 - 7200 range made over the last
few years.

I have a series of other TA signals suggesting a target between 10800
and 10900. BUT 10800 I believe could prove a VERY IMPORTANT level.

I am NOW running out of time signals for this year.

Today and this weekend are the last main ones that I have in mind.

The weekend of 18th has a series of Main cluster cycles that I have
in mind.. where as today is only ONE main signal .

What ever its not easy to say which could be the most valid IF they
react..

We MAY see the mkt turn if it hits 10777, then we may see 10800 react
if we go higher towards the weekend.

IF we continue higher AFTER Monday 20th Dec, then I think the mkt
could continue up to 11,000 or much higher into January 2005 or beyond.

One of my next main cycles would come in end February / March 2005..

For Today I am watching to see if we firstly break 10753 made on
February 19th 2004.. Then to see if the Dow reacts if it hits 10777
to 10800.

I was expecting 10777 to 10800 to be hit in feb 2004, but the Dow
didnt quiet get there.

I well be very surprised if we dont make new yearly highs this next 2
to 3 days.

16.00 hrs UK ( 11.00 hrs EST ) today is a main Time that I am
watching for a stronger move, BUT if we do top today that could
occurr before...

Surprise Surprise...

i'm not on the bulls side anymore so dow won't make it to 10800 this year.

Well I took an early long stance and got out when it stalled just before the current peak at 10725, seemed to be stuggling to get up there and looks like it will hold out around 10680-90. Still +18 points on the day I'm not going to complain :D
