Dow 9th /10th Feb

The Dow reacted well to my 1st main signal yesterday at 14.45 hrs UK
and again found a low and rallied to new highs on this recent rally
to hit 10743. My 2nd main signal was close to the top of that initial
rally.

Today and Thursday 10th could be quiet volitile as I have several
potential good signals coming in.


Today watch 14.58 hrs.... 16.16 hrs .... 18.36 hrs

Also beware of the 15.19 hrs signal in on Thursday....
I THINK this one may be a possible top, and it MAY see the end of
this 2 week rally IF we have continued up again today.


At the moment I am in a uncertain price range.. The mkt has now gone
a bit higher than I am happy with for bears, but as I have said many
times often price goes on average 30/50 Dow points above or below
targets I have in mind for important price levels..

However If we break 10770 then this will concern me again for bears
that we may well see 10868 retested.

The signals in on the 10th I would hope will see a turn in the market.
If However the mkt is still going higher after 16.00 hrs, then I
think chances are we may see new yearly highs coming and may go much
higher than I expected.

I have to admitt that the Bradley chart, which gives expected turning
points for the year has been working quiet well since last year and
so far it has also found the main high and low dates so far for late
2004 / 2005. The chart does suggest quiet a higher high yet to come
later this year , July / Aug.

It can however Often be INVERSED so we have to be careful.

I personally Think that I would only suspect this IF we break 10868.

The Dow reacted very closely to the early 14.58 hrs Uk signal I
indicated yesterday, coming in as a lower day swing high after an
earlier 14.40 hrs daily high.

The 16.16 hrs signal came in as a 2nd higher swing low on the Dow
above the days earlier initial low.

Finally the 18.36 hrs signal didnt react too well on the Dow, but a
2nd main lower top did occur within 15 mins. ON the SPX however it
was only 2 minutes out.. ( NOT sure WHY ? but sometimes these things
happen. )

Overall I was pleased with the reactions.

TODAY I have about 5 to 6 POTENTIALLY Very strong signals, Although I
suspect maybe only about 3 of these will react as well as Id like.

Seeing that the Dow closed on LOWs yesterday, The MAIN SIGNAL that I
have I would suspect will be another TOP ( Maybe another Lower swing
high below yesterdays 2 main swing highs ) of some sort rather than a
LOW. If so we may well see another decent decline.
This signal doesnt come in until 15.19 hrs UK..
IF it comes in and reacts as a LOW However, then I wouldnt count out
the possibility this signal could see the market re rally quite
strongly and retest the recent 10743 level.


Other times of interest... between 14.28 and 15.00 hrs, then

15.19 hrs as mentioned.. followed by....
