Where could i buy leads or client list, and how much could it cost?.

I decide to go solo and trade through a few companies and i will get a better deal if i get my own leads to sell too and also i could work where ever and when ever i want, 2 companies told me that they will give me a copy of theirs but i want me own cost i will make twice as much if i don't use their resources.
