Is there any way within XP Pro (or a 3rd party product) to catalogue all programs that are installed on a PC?

Stockbarron, what do you mean by catalogue ?, what is it you want to acheive............

Go to Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs and it should list all programs that are installed on your pc.

It will list everything on your PC.
