here's what to focus on as its very real ................

SPY rally from March 23rd lows has run into both the 200-day ema and the 61.8% golden ratio retracement. Both formidable resistance.

Notice the shape and slope and angle of attack starting from March 23rd lows. Big d**k right out the starting gate on March 23rd. The 1st wave up was near vertical, then the correction, then the continuation near vertical, then the gradual softening of the attack north - this is how a locomotive is slowed down - brakes - the steam of the upcoming resistance. SPY is no dummy, she knows formidable battalions are up there. So she slowed down = internal wave 3 is finished and voila he delivered an a-b-c = internal 4th wave = the 3-legged drop into May 14. So we are in the 5th and final wave up of the rally

for the rest of the country we have to wait for the results to pour in over time, but I don't expect Wave 1 to have accomplished this for rest of the country. But in Wave 3, it defo will get there with ease.

Then BEAR's EDGE against 40% of the American population was:

(1) Even with a low unemployment rate of 4%, the average American could not come up with $400 for emergencies = safety net is a red flag = attack central. Fastest growing jobs pay less than 30k/yr = boom, easy wipe out, no shoulder on the road

(2) Staggeringly high debt levels = warriors go from 6 ft tall to 3 ft tall making is so much easier to wipe out

(3) Creme de la creme EDGE = by escalating job losses, create the ripe conditions for the middle-class to fall into poverty

(4) The prize? ....... shake the bottle so much that it rattles the RICH as their businesses drop/fail but more importantly as their stocks, bond, precious metals, crude etc., all crash as they keep buying the dip making it worse. The Rich will be jumping from one instrument to the other - for a while it might appear strong stocks will survive, then precious metals .............. but all will crash.

(5) BEAR's ultimate aim? The ultimate Prize de las Prizes? As people flock to US govt. bonds, BEAR hammers cracks in the confidence in American debt ............. this builds and builds and then explodes. Boom!
