Much hype over the US markets rising 28% so far in 2019, but this needs to be put into perspective, 2018 ended with a 20% correction so the first +20% in 2019 was a recovery, leaving 8% as the net gain... an investor that was in the market pre-Dec 2018 saw a gain of under 10% for 2019.

Caution is required for January... too many negative factors were ignored in Nov/Dec 2019, these will factor-in in Jan when players start taking profits.

+200 easy DOW pts off yesterday's open. Dowboys walked it strait up while the algo's slept

they just burned off 100 of that 200 pt gain in half hour (+ few mins)

This should definitely be part of one's strategy moving forward, just need to make sure you buy yourself enough time to combat a stubborn market, as its going to take some work to shift longs out of their longer term positions.
