dow will go to 580 before the end of the day. Question is where will it go after....higher? Lower?

If we knew that, then this time next year ...

Using a Bollinger Band I shorted at 6860. It served me well, so far, but I am not thinking of using lower band. There's a high at 62. I'm going to use that for exit, for a start.
