Annoying T2W survey box

What's with the annoying survey box that keeps popping up? I can't get rid of it. At best it lodges at the lower right corner of the t2w window and keeps popping back up.

Very annoying.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll participate, but I wanted to be sure it was really a t2w innovation and not some kind of virus thingy I may have acquired. It IS annoying though

Oh yeah it's definitely legit. I've updated it now so if you click the minus sign it doesn't reappear. Also added a better description to explain what it's for:
