Dear Member,

Please give us a few minutes of your time to fill in this year's survey and you could win up to £250 / $470 to spend as you wish on trading products in the T2W Store.

The survey will help us to better understand our members and improve the website and services we offer. No personal data will be shared with any third party.

Prizes

Everyone who completes the survey and submits their email address will go into a prize draw to win gift certificates to spend in the T2W Store.

• 1st Prize - £250 / $470 voucher
• 2nd Prize - £175 / $330 voucher
• 3rd Prize - £100 / $190 voucher
• 4th Prize - £75 / $140 voucher
• 5th Prize - £50 / $95 voucher

The final submission date is September 30th, 2006 and the five winners will be notified by email by October 7th, 2006. Only one submission is allowed per member.

the section of the questionaire titled "what section of the site could be removed altogether" doesnt have a "dont remove anything" option... is this intentional?

Ahhh.. not intentional, no! I've now updated it to give you the option to choose nothing if you'd like to keep everything as it is.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - PLEASE READ!

We just realised that we didn't have anywhere for members to enter their email address to go into the prize draw (doh!). This has now been rectified, but if you've already completed the survey and want to enter the prize draw, then please drop us an email at [email protected] to indicate this.

A RIGHT **** UP!

I'm sorry to say ALL surveys completed between about 4:00pm Aug 29th and 12:00 Sept 11th were not successfully recorded. A technical glitch resulting from the update we did to include the email address screwed the whole thing up. Basically, if you were shown the attached thumbnail as the screen you got when you submitted your survey then it won't have been recorded. We are REALLY SORRY about this, as we understand we've wasted your time and we just hope that people will be prepared to go through the process again. The survey is really important to us as it will help to shape the future of the site.
