New bug

Hi,
Anyone got a " flashing blue rectangle in the centre of their screen " bug and know how to get rid of it ? Everything else is behind the rectangle. Not even the snipping tool can get a pic of it.
I have run scans with my anti virus software but it hasn't managed to get rid of it.
Everything else seems to work but the flashing blue rectangle is very annoying.

Wow TG the bl**dy thing suddenly disappeared. I know not why.
