how could they move megalithic blocks from quarries some of which are hundreds of miles, or up mountains, or over rivers

here is an example of modern engineering with a custom made truck

500 year old map [peri reis map] showing Antarctica below the ice. Advanced features of the map required tools that were not invented for hundreds of years. The source of the map was said to be many ancient maps that have never been found.
